We are seeking a highly creative and efficient Remote Thumbnail Expert to design YouTube thumbnails daily as well as manage YouTube Channels Directly.This role is crucial for maximizing click-through rates and will play an integral part in our video performance strategy. The ideal candidate is quick, adaptable, and possesses an ability to understand communication and video context - what is being discussed and how to put that into a design.
Responsibilities
- Produce and deliver 5 or more finalized, high-converting thumbnails per day.
- Deeply analyze the content, hook, and context of each video to create visually compelling thumbnails that drive maximum engagement.
- Perfectly align and sync the video title with the corresponding text on the thumbnail to maintain viewer curiosity.
- Research, test, and implement diverse design styles to cater to the specific needs, psychology, and branding of various content series and client specifications.
Requisitos
- Extensive, demonstrable experience (minimum 2+ years preferred) creating high-performing YouTube thumbnails with a solid grasp of CTR optimization.
- Expert-level proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, and/or other premier image editing applications.
- A fast learner, capable of immediately absorbing and applying brand standards, guidelines, and processes provided via documentation and direct communication.
Required Skills
- Extensive, professional portfolio heavily featuring high-performing YouTube video thumbnails.
- Deep understanding of YouTube viewer psychology, composition, color theory, and typography hierarchy for small screens.
- Mastery of Canva and/or other professional image editing software.
- Exceptional speed and adaptability without compromising on design quality.
