We are looking for a Sr Software Engineer Python to advance financial inclusion and digital transformation by adapting our platform to comply with local-market needs.

On our team, you will be in the middle of it all – implementing new functionality, architecting our system, squashing bugs, maintaining the health of our code, and continually growing as an engineer. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting mission-critical systems. You’ll face and solve a wide range of challenges: technical, product, and operational, shaping your personal growth and career along the way, as well as helping mold and grow the team members.

What you’ll do:

• Back-end robust solutions with high demand for security, availability, performance and low latency, processing millions of transactions per day.
• Solutions also provides flexibility for the different customers, allowing the application of customized rules and actions related to financial risk.
• Python, Pytest (UT),
• For different projects: Django or Flask frameworks
• Rabbit MQ (AWS)
• Databases: Oracle PL/SQL, IBM Cognos, SQL Server
• Datadog (monitoring), Splunk (logs)

Requisitos

Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science or related field (Desirable)

6+ years of experience in Backend Software Development

3+ years of professional experience with Phyton

Experience in AWS tech stack including Lambda, API, Gateway, Kinesis Firehose, SQS, SNS,EKS, EC2, S3, IAM Roles, VPC Endpoints.

Demonstrated professional expertise in desing patterns, security, performance and usability

Agile Development Experience, including working with continous deployment technologies, such as Git/Gitlab

Familiar with working in a collaborative coding environment, refining desings together, working through code reviews, and managing pull requests

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them to technical requirements

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Fluently in the English language
