We are looking for a Senior Social Strategist to join our Strategy team and develop innovative, high-impact social strategies for our clients.

If you have a deep understanding of digital culture, platform algorithms, audience behavior, and brand storytelling—and know exactly how to translate that into engagement, growth, and measurable results—this is for you! You’ll help shape how we show up across platforms, partner closely with creatives, and develop social-first ideas that ladder up to broader brand campaigns.

🎯Roles & Responsibilities

  • 🗺️ Lead the Strategy: Create top-notch social media strategies, campaign briefs, and content calendars aligned with overall brand and business goals.

  • 📊 Research & Data: Conduct in-depth analysis of audience behavior and trends. Work with data teams to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

  • 🤝 Collaborate: Partner seamlessly with Creatives, Content Creators, and Comms teams to produce compelling content and optimize assets.

  • 🚀 Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of emerging trends and updates across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn. Advise clients on leveraging new tools and formats.

  • 💼 Client Partnership: Serve as a key point of contact. Provide updates, trend reports, and strategic recommendations to guide clients in making informed decisions.

  • 📈 Analytics & Optimization: Use tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite to monitor campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs and objectives.

  • 💡 Platform POVs: Develop recommendations that help clients understand how to show up authentically on fast-paced channels like TikTok and YouTube Shorts.


Requisitos

  • 🕰️ Experience: 5+ years in social media strategy, preferably within an advertising agency or brand-side role.

  • 📱 Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of the social landscape (IG, TikTok, YT, Twitter, LinkedIn) and supporting tech (analytics, social listening, scheduling).

  • 🧠 Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret data to inform strategy using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and third-party platforms. Experience with measurement frameworks is a must.

  • Creative Eye: A knack for spotting content trends and crafting engaging social experiences that truly resonate with target audiences.

  • 🗣️ Client-Facing Skills: Proven experience working directly with clients, presenting complex ideas clearly, and building trusted relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • 🤝 Leadership: Strong mentorship abilities and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • 🎨 Actionable Insights: The ability to translate data and platform behaviors into clear, actionable creative direction for internal teams and creators.
