As a software engineer on the Customer Success team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of the customer technology experience. Your efforts will enable them to leverage the full potential of the company's technology, driving success and innovation
within their businesses.

Responsabilities:

  • Introduce innovative ideas to enhance product and overall technical designs.
  • Actively contribute to both technical and non-technical discussions through email and in-person interactions.
  • Provide technical leadership to a small team, delegate tasks, and ensure follow-up on assigned work.
  • Collaborate with extended teams, including engineering, pre-sales, marketing, and sales, on product and customer-related activities.

  • Deliver technical consultancy and training on technologies for the customers.

  • Maintain flexible working hours to accommodate the dynamic needs of customers.


Requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency in Java or C/C++ languages, or other comparable programming languages.

Experience in and knowledge of enterprise technologies, such as microservices, enterprise integration, API management, and identity and access management, is an added advantage.

Familiarity with containerized deployments and CI/CD technologies is an added advantage.

Hands-on experience in any API management and enterprise integration products is a plus.

Fluency in English and Native Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a bonus.

  • On duty: availability needed for On duty work over the weekend (frequency is about 1 weekend every 6 weeks).
