Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain warehouse control systems (WCS) optimized for high- performance logistics operations.
-Integrate WCS with WMS and ERP using APIs, industrial protocols, and real-time communication technologies.
-Design scalable and resilient software architectures for logistics automation and robotics environments.
-Implement optimization algorithms for the flow of materials in automated warehouses.
-Collaborate with engineering and product teams in the development and implementation of new functionalities.
-Ensure software quality through unit testing, continuous integration, and deployment automation.
-Optimize the performance and reliability of systems in production environments.
Requisitos
Requirements:
-More than 5 years of experience in software development for logistics systems, industrial automation, or robotics.
-Deep knowledge of Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and their integration with WMS and ERP.
-Proficiency in Java, C# (.NET), and/or C++ with experience in high-availability applications.
-Experience in industrial communication technologies: OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, WebSockets.
-Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
-Familiarity with agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
-Experience in distributed systems and real-time processing (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).
-Intermediate+ English level (minimum B2) for international environments.
