Responsibilities and Main Functions:

● Generate prospect leads through cold-calling

● Identify decision-makers and set up meetings with target leads

● Create and deliver qualified opportunities and ensure follow-up

● Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches

● Continually expand the company's sales pipeline

● Register all sales activities on a daily basis in CRM

● Reach sales objectives defined every quarter. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals

● Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Report on market trends in the industry and share inside sales information

● Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and build relationships

● Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to make data-driven decisions

● Collaborate with other teams within the company to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling

● Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services and communicate them effectively to customers


Requisitos

Requirements:

● Fluent English speaker

● Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, impeccable writing skills as well

● Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food and feed industry

● Self-management, focus, and perseverance

● Strong team player, but also a self-starter

● Good knowledge and skills in Google tools

● Tertiary/university studies (completed or in progress)

● Ability to achieve and exceed targets

● Knowledge of market trends and industry developments

● Experience using CRM software

● Ability to travel as needed
