As part of the Sales Department, you will be responsible for managing and developing the client portfolio in the markets of Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, and Ecuador, actively contributing to achieving commercial objectives and business growth in the assigned areas.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the client portfolio and build long-term business relationships.
  • Analyze the target market and identify strategic opportunities to meet budget objectives.
  • Collaborate with the budgeting office and prepare commercial offers through the CRM, according to client needs.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the agreement closing processes.
  • Define and monitor discount policies and profit margins, in line with commercial management guidelines.
  • Act as a technical interface between the client and the Technical Office to define solutions.
  • Monitor best practices and share them internally to support continuous service improvement.


Requisitos

  • 2 -3 of experience in similar roles within the ceramics industry
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to multicultural environments.
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally (approximately 3–4 months during the first year).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and in complex environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
