We are looking for a sharp, driven, and highly collaborative New Business Director to join our lean but ambitious growth team.
You’ll be the engine behind our pitch efforts, proactive prospecting, and opportunity shaping. Part project manager, part account handler, and part strategic researcher, this is a hands-on, detail-obsessed role that sits at the heart of our agency’s momentum. You’ll work across every pitch, intro deck, creds doc, and RFI, helping us show up smarter, faster, and more creatively than anyone else in the room. Reporting directly to the President, you will collaborate with senior leadership, strategy, creative, and production to bring in the right kind of growth: creatively ambitious, culturally relevant, and aligned with our values.
🎯Roles & Responsibilities
🔥 Pitch & Proposal Management

🏁 Own the Pitch: Manage the end-to-end pitch process, from initial RFI (Request for Information) or inbound brief to final delivery.

⏱️ Timeline Master: Build pitch timelines, coordinate team roles, and ensure materials hit the mark (and the deadline).

🎨 Craft the Story: Create and evolve creds decks, case studies, and pitch narratives that reflect our unique point of view.

🤝 Connect the Dots: Be the connective tissue between departments during pitch efforts—from creative to production to strategy.
🕵️♂️ Prospecting & Research

🎯 Strategic Targeting: Partner with the Head of New Business to shape winning strategies for prospective clients.

🔍 Deep Dive: Research target categories, brands, and decision-makers, surfacing timely, relevant reasons to reach out.

📈 Market Monitor: Monitor the market for brand moves, agency reviews, leadership changes, and cultural moments we can act on.

🧠 Tailor the Approach: Help tailor messaging and creative approaches by digging into brand history, comms behavior, and competitor activity.

✍️ Thought Leadership: Write or co-author POVs, trend reports, and opportunity briefs to shape outreach or pitch prep.

🚀 Proactive Outreach: Support proactive outreach campaigns and identify whitespace opportunities that match our sweet spot.

📊 CRM & Pipeline: Maintain and evolve our new business database, CRM, and pipeline tracking.

🗣️ Keep Everyone Aligned: Ensure all outreach is sharp, on-brand, and grounded in relevance, while keeping leadership informed through regular updates.
Requisitos

🕰️ Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in a combination of new business, account management, marketing, or project management (ideally in a creative agency).

🏆 Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing RFPs (Request for Proposals) or complex client-facing projects.

🤹 Organizational Pro: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

🗣️ Communication: Confident communicator and natural collaborator across disciplines and seniority levels.

💻 Tech Stack: Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and PM tools (e.g., Flow, Monday, Trello). Experience with CRMs or agency tools like HubSpot or Winmo.
