We are seeking an Associate Creative Director (ACD), Art to enhance our brand’s storytelling and ensure a consistent, compelling visual identity across all platforms. As our audience becomes more discerning, the need for engaging and impactful visual content has never been greater.
This role will be critical in crafting visual narratives that connect with our target market, drive engagement, and support our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring that our visual language is not only creative but also strategically aligned with our brand identity. 👁️ Own the Vision: Own and evolve the visual identity and art direction across platforms, ensuring consistency, aesthetic impact, and creative integrity.

💡 Concept Development: Develop and articulate creative concepts from brief through execution, with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling, design craft, and idea integrity.

🤝 Collaborate: Work closely with account managers, strategists, and other departments to create cohesive and compelling campaigns.

🎤 Pitch & Present: Present work confidently to clients, articulating the strategic and creative thinking behind visual choices and incorporating feedback thoughtfully.

🌍 Trend Spotting: Stay fluent in cultural, social, and platform trends to ensure the visual work remains relevant, innovative, and forward-thinking.

Requisitos

🕰️ Experience: 12+ years of experience in Art Direction, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.

🖼️ Killer Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, high-level craft, and visually-driven work across multiple platforms.

🗣️ Communication: Expert-level visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and aesthetic decisions clearly and persuasively.

⏱️ Agility: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
