Responsible for g the operational and financial aspects of the Digital Flagship, coordinating the back-office day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the processes, optimizing efficiency and handling finance-related tasks such as provisions, payments, and reconciliations.

Main responibilities:

  • Inventory Managent Analysis & evaluation
  • Order Fulfillment Optimization
  • Customer Service Excellence & Metrics
  • Financial Management regarding channel


Requisitos

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, e-commerce, finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations management, preferably in retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies and financial principles.
  • Understanding in inventory management systems, order processing tools, payment gateways, and financial software.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is required.
