SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver prompt and professional service for customers inquires via phone and email, with the appropriate use of the internal systems;

• Take ownership of customer issues in order to follow-up on outstanding requests and escalate issues when necessary;

• Evaluate and prioritize customer inquiries to better serve the customers;

• Address customers in a professional and respectful manner;

• Respond to customer inquiries by directing them to website;

• Maintain relationships with other internal departments.

Lunes a Viernes 9 a 18hs.
